• Abstract : The manual aims at providing recommendations for the banana growers in Sudan who are interested in developing an efficient, profitable, and sustainable organic production chain that targets international markets in Europe and the Middle East. It encompasses the entire chain, from land selection to the final consumer and market, taking into account safe production management and the certifications needed to guarantee an organic product of high quality and that meets food safety requirements, for the final consumers.
