• Abstract : The report draws together a reflection on the current ‘state of the art’ in each of the network’s main areas of concern: conserving Musa diversity, understanding that diversity (especially through molecular studies), using both genetic diversity itself and our knowledge of diversity in crop breeding, and managing diversity for more sustainable production and more profitable post-harvest market links.
